mz J Frozen Seiyu Chicken Soup 20 (5K,2K)Only the most flavorful parts of Iwate Prefecture chicken broth are used, which is raised under integrated management from the breeding and hatching of chickens to processing, with special attention to the environment, feed and water.
In a soup factory adjacent to the chicken processing plant, fresh ingredients are cooked in a special method to slowly extract the flavor.
This soup is richer in free amino acids*, which are the source of umami, and has a richer flavor and richness than conventional products.
Compared to our existing product (high-temperature extracted product), the amount of free amino acids is 3.4 times greater. Available in 5 kg and 2 kg pouches.
