green tea

The tea leaves (tencha) grown under a matcha cover are dried and then ground into powdered matcha through a meticulous stone mill process.
The removal of the stems and veins produces a full-bodied aroma and flavor with little unwanted tang.
Matcha has been attracting attention around the world because of the healthful ingredients contained in the tea leaves themselves.

- Warm the matcha bowl and the Chasen in hot water, then drain the water and wipe the edge of the bowl. Sift the matcha through a sieve to make it easier to pour. 2. prepare about 2g of matcha and 70ml of hot water (about 80℃). 3. put matcha into the matcha bowl and pour hot water into the bowl little by little. If you wish to serve without sifting, pour in a small amount of hot water and knead the matcha balls with the tip of the Chasen. 4. Pour in the remaining hot water and whisk with the Chasen by moving it from side to side with your wrist as if making the letter “m”. (Make sure the whisk does not touch the bottom of the bowl. (5. Finally, slowly lift up the Chasen as if writing the character “の”.
