This is a granulated dashi base made by balancing various seasonings and katsuobushi (bonito broth) based on kelp. One stick is enough for about four cups of miso soup. It can be used in various dishes such as clear soup, tofu, simmered dishes, and oden. Additionally, if you add it to commercially available noodle dipping sauce, it enhances the richness of the kelp. It can also be delicious sprinkled over tempura.
