Since our founding in 1950, our management philosophy has been “Quality First,” “Participatory Management,” and “Self-Challenge,” aiming to contribute to society through food. Our main focus is on the production of tofu, but we have also launched the instant miso soup brand “Namamisozui” to allow customers to enjoy the nutritional value of soybeans in a more delicious and convenient way. Our instant miso soup emphasizes safety and taste by using fresh ingredients and carefully selected miso, enabling customers to easily experience the nutritional power of soybeans. In our soybean processed products, we do not use defatted soybeans, but instead produce “Soybean Blossom,” which is made by processing whole soybeans with heat and pressure, and “Dried Natto,” which is made by freeze-drying natto. Additionally, we have developed products such as medical and nursing care foods that utilize a soft texture, pursuing healthy eating habits for a wide range of customers.
