How to consume: For boiling in a kettle: Place 1 tea bag into about 700-900cc of water or boiling water. Let it simmer on low heat for at least 5 minutes, then divide it into several servings and drink throughout the day. For iced tea: After boiling, let the tea cool, then transfer it to a pet bottle or water pot and refrigerate before drinking. For cold brew: Place 1 tea bag into a water pot, add about 800cc of water, and refrigerate for about 2 hours to make cold brew fat-reducing tea. Leaving it overnight will make it even more flavorful. For teapot: Place 1 tea bag into your teapot, add hot water to the desired amount, and enjoy. If you prefer a stronger brew, pour slowly; for a milder brew, pour quickly into a cup.
