We use scallops harvested in season from Mutsu Bay in Aomori Prefecture. Boiled at our own factory shortly after landing, they retain their naturally sweet, rich flavor. We then freeze them using an alcohol brine method, so you can enjoy the taste of Mutsu Bay scallops throughout the year.
