Special Kitchen Master Chicken paitan Ramen Soup
This is a chicken ramen soup with a rich chicken flavor, made by adding honjozo shoyu (soy sauce) to a glass broth made by our proprietary process that cooks out the full flavor of chicken.
The simple finish allows for a variety of menu arrangements such as ramen, dipping noodles, hot pots, soups, etc.
[Usage]
For use in ramen soup, mix 36cc (40g) of this product with 280-300cc of hot water or glass soup. (8 times dilution) One bag of this product is enough for about 25 servings. Oil may separate from the soup, so please stir well before use.
