The ingredients include ‘fresh caviar’ harvested from sturgeon raised in the clear, beautiful waters of the Takahashi River system in western Okayama Prefecture, and ‘premium butter’ from Hokkaido, making it a domestically produced caviar butter. The development was supported by the culinary iron chef, Kaoru Yuasa (former executive chef of Hotel Okura Okayama), resulting in a genuine ‘A-class gourmet’ product. Please enjoy it on a crispy toasted baguette.
