It’s an industry’s first! We are starting the domestic production and sale of caviar butter as a single item.
Caviar butter not only pursues deliciousness but also focuses on color and health. The ingredients include ‘fresh caviar’ sourced from sturgeon raised in the clear, beautiful waters of the Takahashi River system in western Okayama Prefecture, and ‘premium butter’ from Hokkaido, making it a domestically produced caviar butter. Its vibrant green color and subtle aroma stimulate the appetite. It contains nutrients including vitamins. The development was supported by the culinary iron chef, Kaoru Yuasa (former executive chef of Hotel Okura Okayama), making it a genuine ‘A-class gourmet’ product. It pairs excellently with crispy baked baguettes and seafood dishes (such as oysters and clams).
