- After thawing, quickly deep-fry in medium-temperature oil (160–170°C / 320–338°F) until the surface is lightly colored. Please avoid placing too many sheets in the oil at once, as they may stick together. Shape the sheet while it is still warm. It will retain its shape once cooled.
