As such, it is a food ingredient that can be expected to have a positive effect on weight management and dieting.
However, konjac products are often not featured regularly on the dining table due to the time-consuming nature of their preparation. At Kotobuki Manac, we have focused on providing konjac products that are easy to cook and convenient as ingredients in meals. Building on our expertise, we have developed a range of konjac products that are not only easy to eat but also suitable for those leading busy lives. This resulted in the creation of “Mikata Gohan.”
